About the role#
As an Analytics Engineering Intern, you will partner with teams across Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Product, and Player Insights to solve business challenges using data. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and technical leads on scoped tasks that contribute to larger cross-functional projects. This is a 12-week, full-time, paid internship starting in late-May or mid-June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to data pipelines, analytics services, and AI-powered data products.
- Transform business questions into scalable, reliable solutions, including trusted data products and agentic systems.
- Assist with testing, validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure data products are accurate and secure.
- Gain hands-on experience with data governance, observability, access controls, and engineering best practices.
- Build maintainable solutions that balance performance, scalability, privacy, and security.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Coursework, research, or project experience with Python and SQL.
- Foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, relational data, data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and software engineering.
- Knowledge of how Agents, Skills, and agentic systems are deployed and maintained.
- Exposure to version control and collaborative development practices, such as Git, code review, or CI/CD.
- Ability to investigate problems independently and ask informed questions.
- Strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to communicate problems, needs, and priorities effectively.

- Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, or cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a bonus.
