About the role#
The AI Office manages the strategy, execution, and adoption of AI initiatives across the company. As an intern, you will support the team in tracking these projects and maintaining the operational resources that keep our processes running.
What you'll do#
- Track AI initiatives through the intake, review, prioritization, approval, and implementation cycle.
- Maintain governance documentation, project trackers, templates, and process materials.
- Document business needs, potential benefits, implementation considerations, and lessons learned from various projects.
- Assist with AI communications, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support for the AI Strategy and Operations team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Business, Technology, Information Systems, AI, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other productivity tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and concepts.
- Experience conducting research, analyzing information, and creating reports or presentations.
- An interest in media, entertainment, and the application of AI within business environments.

- This position is based in Culver City, California.
- The role is on-site.
- This is a part-time internship scheduled for Winter 2027.
- The base salary is $22 per hour.
