About the role#
The Talent & Growth Planning & Operations Intern joins the Talent & Growth Center of Excellence. This team manages onboarding and development experiences for employees across the company. This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Burbank, California.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate logistics for learning sessions, including monitoring enrollments and managing participant communications.
- Support both virtual and in-person program experiences.
- Maintain accurate class data within the D Learn system.
- Research and use emerging technology and AI tools to improve team workflows.
- Use data to report on program outcomes to stakeholders.
- Travel locally between Burbank and Glendale to manage setup and teardown for in-person events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a preference for Juniors or Seniors.
- Coursework or a major in Human Resources, Project Management, Learning Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel skills like pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
- Experience or interest in AI and automation tools.
- Ability to work in both PC and Mac environments.
- Familiarity with Airtable or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Professionalism and attention to detail when communicating with employees at all levels.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization.
Location & details#
- This role is located in Burbank, California.
- The position is full-time, requiring approximately 40 hours per week.
- The internship runs from January 2027 through June 2027.
- The role is on-site, but may require a dedicated workspace and reliable internet for hybrid work days.
- You must provide your own housing and transportation.
