About the role#
As a Retail Creative Graphic Design Intern, you will work with the Retail Creative Team to design and implement graphic packages for Disney retail locations. This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Kissimmee, Florida, running from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support the design, production, and implementation of storewide graphic packages.
- Build environmental graphics to support new film and product strategies.
- Coordinate the fabrication of 2D or layered graphics with vendors.
- Prepare mechanical files for printing and fabrication.
- Support updates for the Global Retail Sign Program.
- Assist with the production and installation of Retail Creative park initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree, with a preference for Graphic Design or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of composition, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Ability to work in a hands-on production environment with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects with short deadlines.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and give or receive feedback.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with unrestricted work authorization.
- A portfolio is required for this position; please include a link on your resume.
