About the role#
The FOX News Media Internship Program offers college students the chance to gain work experience in the news and media industry. Interns work alongside media professionals to learn the creative workflow behind daily editorial content production. This is a paid, part-time position designed for students seeking to build their skills in graphic design.
What you'll do#
- Learn the professional workflow for producing creative and visually compelling graphics.
- Support the production of daily editorial content.
- Participate in FOX Master Classes, professional development sessions, and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited college or university as an undergraduate or graduate student.
- Sophomore standing or higher with a strong academic record.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with knowledge of After Effects.
- A solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and current design trends.
- Knowledge of current events, the media industry, and the company.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well on teams.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to follow directions and ask questions.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Modality: This is an on-site internship.
- Term: Winter 2027 (February 8, 2027 to April 16, 2027).
- Hours: 16 to 24 hours per week.
- Requirements: You must have your own housing and transportation. You must be available to work for the entire duration of the program.
