About the role#
The FOX Internship Program provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in sports production. You will work on real-world projects and develop leadership skills while contributing to one of the largest media companies. This is a paid, part-time position based in New York, NY.
What you'll do#
- Participate in hands-on projects related to sports production.
- Attend FOX Master Classes to learn about company systems and industry topics.
- Engage in the Professional Development Series to enhance your career skills.
- Build your professional network by connecting with peers and company staff.
- Work in areas such as FS1 Original Programming or OutKick.
What you'll need#
- You must be an undergraduate or graduate student with at least sophomore standing.
- Maintain a strong academic record and provide proof of enrollment.
- Possess knowledge of the sports media industry and current FOX Sports or OutKick programming.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant technical software like Adobe Premiere, Avid, or iNews.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to maintain professionalism when working with talent and executives.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, NY (On-site).
- Term: Winter 2027 (February 8, 2027, to April 16, 2027).
- Hours: 16 to 24 hours per week.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
- Requirements: You must provide your own housing and transportation. You must be available for the full duration of the program.
