About the role#
As a Communications Intern with the Talent Connection Marketing Team, you will support the recruitment organization by sharing the Disney employment story. You will work with a team to attract and engage talent by highlighting what a career at Disney looks like. This is a full-time internship running from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Curate and create content optimized for social media to help candidates visualize a role at the company.
- Provide support for internal and external communication plans.
- Build and maintain relationships across the organization.
- Collaborate with your team to share the employment story in creative ways.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with Junior or Senior standing preferred.
- Majors in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit video and photography.
- Talent for writing in varying tones and styles to reach diverse audiences.
- Comfort working independently and managing multiple priorities while handling confidential information.
- At least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization.
- Previous experience in communications, marketing, journalism, or content development is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January to June).
- This position is full-time and paid at $23.00 per hour.
