About the role#
The Hanover Insurance Group is hiring a Property Analyst intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Worcester, Massachusetts. You will work with the Claims Property Analyst group to develop business tools and analyze data.
What you'll do#
- Support the Claims Property Analyst group with day-to-day operations.
- Develop and improve proprietary business tools to optimize agent partner processes.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to address customer needs.
- Communicate project findings to internal departments and external partners.
- Create and deliver a final presentation for management at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student majoring in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or Economics.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Between 0 and 2 years of professional work experience.
- A strong interest in property and casualty claims or construction.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
