About the role#
The Hanover is hiring an intern for the Office of General Counsel to support information governance and e-Discovery initiatives. This is a full-time, 10-week summer program running from June through mid-August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support eDiscovery investigations and legal cases using the Case Tracking eDiscovery platform.
- Assist with information governance tasks such as managing data for terminated employees and data inventory mapping.
- Collaborate with the Information Governance Senior Project Manager to prepare quarterly metrics reports.
- Develop and deliver a final presentation for leadership summarizing your work and accomplishments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably with a focus on Data Science, Business Administration, data management, or information governance.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Professional working experience of 0 to 2 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- You must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
