About the role#
This internship provides exposure to our sales process, client engagement strategies, and service offerings. You will support the business development team with outreach, research, and the coordination of prospective client activities. This is a paid, part-time position scheduled for 29 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Assist with outreach to prospective clients via phone and email to support meeting scheduling.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including calendar scheduling and materials preparation.
- Support practice development leaders in executing outreach strategies and tracking engagement.
- Research prospective clients and industries to understand their business needs.
- Identify potential opportunities and align them with our services.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and update internal systems.
- Develop prospective client lists and sales leads through data gathering.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- An interest in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A self-motivated and professional attitude.
