About the role#
The Business Development Intern supports our team by assisting with outreach, research, and the coordination of prospective client activities. You will gain exposure to our sales process, client engagement strategies, and service offerings while supporting day-to-day business development initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone and email to help schedule meetings.
- Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, including calendar management and materials preparation.
- Support practice development leaders as they execute outreach strategies and track engagement.
- Research prospective clients and industries to identify potential business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and update internal systems.
- Participate in internal meetings to learn about our services and sales processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on various projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in sales, business development, or client-facing work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

- Status: Part-time, 29 hours per week.
- This is a paid internship.
