About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in data maintenance within the education administration sector. You will work directly with a mentor to support the accuracy and integrity of product and pricing data. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and verify the accuracy of product and pricing data.
- Manage daily price inquiries and support analytical reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve problems and address data needs.
- Work cross-functionally with team members and department leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Data Maintenance, or a relevant field.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, specifically with pivot tables, formulas, and V-Look up capabilities.
- Technical aptitude and experience navigating computer systems.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a self-motivated approach to problem-solving.

- This is an on-site position located in Greenville, Wisconsin.
- Compensation is $17 to $19 per hour.
- The internship is full-time for Summer 2027.
