About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the Sales Operations field. You will work with leaders and various departments to understand how the organization functions. A designated mentor will guide your development through specific tasks and projects that support the team.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve operational problems.
- Learn about process improvement, change management, and the importance of process documentation.
- Work cross-functionally with different departments to see how they impact one another.
- Gain practical experience by contributing to team projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong technical orientation and computer navigation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated and adaptable mindset.
Location & details#
- Location: Greenville, Wisconsin. This is a hybrid role, and training takes place onsite at the corporate office.
- Terms: Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Part-time (10-15 hours per week) during the fall and spring semesters, with full-time hours available during the summer.
- Compensation: $17-$19 per hour.
