About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Sales Operations field. You will work alongside department leaders and gain exposure to how different parts of the organization function together. Each intern is assigned a mentor to guide their professional growth through specific tasks and projects.
What you'll do#
- Gain practical experience in Sales Operations.
- Learn to work cross-functionally with various departments.
- Develop an understanding of process improvement, change management, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and solve business problems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week.
- Strong technical orientation and computer navigation skills.
- Self-motivation, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and strong communication skills.

- Location: Mansfield, Ohio.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $17 to $19 per hour.
