About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in IT support. You will work within an agile team to meet organizational needs while receiving guidance from a designated mentor. This is a paid, full-time summer opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Support desktop hardware and software.
- Assist with connectivity and the technical onboarding of new employees.
- Perform technical resolution and gather necessary documentation.
- Complete tasks and projects assigned by your mentor to support the department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer of 2027.
- Strong technical orientation and computer navigation skills.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Compensation: $17 to $19 per hour.
