About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in Supply Chain and Logistics with a focus on transportation. You will work directly with a designated mentor who will guide your professional development through specific tasks and projects. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Greenville, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate shipments from vendors to customers and fulfillment locations.
- Manage shipments proactively from pick up through delivery.
- Communicate shipment specifications to carriers and trucking services to meet delivery expectations.
- Work with the freight claims process.
- Use and manage shipments within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Collaborate with internal departments, leaders, and vendors to solve problems.
- Communicate directly with customers, vendors, and carriers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer of 2027.
- Strong technical skills and ability to navigate computer systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- A self-motivated approach with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing work environment.

- Compensation: $17-$19 per hour.
