About the role#
This IT internship focuses on technical support and provides hands-on experience within a corporate environment. You will work as part of an agile team to support business needs and gain practical knowledge of IT operations. Each intern is assigned a designated mentor to guide their professional development throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support desktop hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Assist with technical employee onboarding and resolution of technical issues.
- Learn the importance of documentation and information gathering.
- Contribute to team projects and tasks assigned by your mentor.
- Build professional trust while helping the business achieve its goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer of 2027.
- Strong technical orientation and computer navigation skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated attitude and a desire to learn.

- Modality: This is an on-site position.
- Compensation: $17 to $19 per hour.
