About the role#
Hiebing is looking for a Project Management Intern to join the team for the Fall 2026 term. You will work alongside Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support the day-to-day delivery of client projects. This role focuses on keeping schedules current, documenting project information, and ensuring team members stay aligned on next steps.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Project Managers to document project requirements, milestones, and plans.
- Draft timelines and schedule internal meetings to assist with project execution.
- Update agency systems with project data, including deliverables, resource allocation, hours, and budgets.
- Capture notes, recaps, and action items from team meetings to share with the group.
- Maintain workflow documentation, templates, and process resources.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and daily requests from the Project Management team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Digital fluency with spreadsheets and project management platforms.
- Comfort using AI-enabled productivity tools while maintaining accuracy and ethical standards.
- Willingness to ask questions and raise issues early.
Location & details#
- Location: Madison, Wisconsin.
- Modality: Hybrid, with in-office attendance required Monday through Wednesday.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility available for class schedules.
- Compensation: $15 per hour.
- Term: Fall 2026, with a target start date in September 2026.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
