About the role#
Hiebing is looking for an AI Agent Developer Intern to join our team in Madison. This role focuses on designing, building, and testing AI-powered agents and workflow automations. You will work alongside developers, data analysts, and strategists to identify automation opportunities and solve real-world technical challenges.
What you'll do#
- Help design, build, test, and optimize AI-powered agents and copilots.
- Gain hands-on experience with modern AI platforms, large language models, and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow pain points.
- Experiment with new tools and technologies to bring project ideas to life.
What you'll need#
- Basic programming experience in Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with APIs, data structures, and web technologies.
- Proficiency with Git, npm, and modern development workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted development tools.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
