About the role#
This internship is a full-time, 10-week summer program based in Worcester, Massachusetts. You will work with the Personal Lines State Management Analytics group to support business growth and agent partner needs. This role is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
What you'll do#
- Collect, analyze, and report data to meet specific customer requirements.
- Develop tools, processes, and reporting analytics to support business goals.
- Communicate regularly with customers, external partners, and internal departments.
- Create reports for field teams and customers to articulate business value.
- Provide accurate analytical support and validate results.
- Summarize information and communicate your findings in writing and verbally to internal partners.
- Manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Create and deliver a final presentation for management and leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Communications, or Psychology.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Experience with PowerBI (preferred) or Tableau.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, creativity, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- A background in marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
