About the role#
The Executive Assistant Intern provides administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant and the executive office. This role offers hands-on experience in business operations, research, and office management. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working behind the scenes to help our office run efficiently.
What you'll do#
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing emails and tracking deadlines.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Conduct research on assigned topics and summarize findings.
- Help manage calendars, schedules, and contact lists.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare necessary materials.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
- Current enrollment in a college, university, or relevant educational program is preferred.
- Majors in Business Administration, Communications, or Operations Management are relevant to this role.
Location & details#
- This position is located on-site in Mesa, Arizona.
- This is a paid internship.
- The schedule is rolling with no fixed end date.
- Candidates must be able to obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance card pursuant to A.R.S 15-512.
