About the role#
We are looking for a Summer Intern to join our Fixed Income Capital Markets team. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience working on a full-service sales and trading desk, learning about treasury, agency, corporate, municipal, and mortgage-backed bonds. You will work directly with our traders, sales team, and strategies team to support various initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside traders on the taxable fixed income desk.
- Support the sales and trading team through various projects.
- Learn desk techniques and trading strategies.
- Assist in the development of fixed income analytical tools and reporting.
- Help streamline daily tasks and operational processes.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Rising Senior status pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a self-starter mindset.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
