About the role#
As a Digital Design Verification Engineering Intern, you will work on the architecture of new products. You will define, design, model, and document integrated circuits. This role involves working across various areas such as audio, imaging, automotive, power management, and high-speed interfaces.
What you'll do#
- Partner with business teams and system engineering to develop design specifications.
- Provide high-level analysis on chip architecture trade-offs to ensure performance and cost targets.
- Participate in design reviews and create necessary product documentation.
- Partner on IC layouts to maintain high-performance standards.
- Characterize prototypes and develop test specifications.
- Coordinate with test and product engineering teams to drive product releases.
- Drive behavioral models.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate across different functions.
- Strong time management skills to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative to drive for results and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
