About the role#
The Student Worker I provides administrative support to the Texas Task Force within the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service. This position reports to the Agency Training Coordinator and offers an opportunity to gain work experience while pursuing an undergraduate degree.
What you'll do#
- Perform data entry into the Task Force database.
- Scan and attach documents to digital records.
- Enter course information into the student records system.
- Assist with the retention and destruction of physical and digital documents.
- Work up to 19 hours per week during the school year, with potential for more hours during academic breaks.
What you'll need#
- A High school Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited college or university.
- A valid motor vehicle operator license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of starting the role.
Location & details#
- This role is based in College Station, Texas.
- The position is on-site and part-time.
- The pay rate is $14.00 per hour.
- Employment is subject to a criminal history investigation.
