About the role#
The Consumer Banking Summer Internship Program provides an opportunity to gain insight into the banking industry while building professional skills. Interns work within specific business groups to support project development and execution. This is a 10-week, full-time program that includes professional training, networking with senior leaders, and participation in community service projects.
What you'll do#
- Support your assigned line of business in developing and executing projects to meet business objectives.
- Contribute to the strategy, design, management, and delivery of deposit and lending products.
- Assess the performance of digital and mobile platforms to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs, internal controls, and the overall customer experience.
- Participate in community service projects as part of the internship experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary degree program related to business, such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.

- Locations: Mount Laurel, New Jersey or Wilmington, Delaware.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in-office 4 days per week).
