About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to commercial banking. You will gain experience in the financial sector while working with mid-market businesses. The position is a 4-month term running from January 4, 2027, to April 23, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Learn commercial lending fundamentals through financial, risk, and industry analysis.
- Work directly with various mid-market business clients.
- Develop business proposals based on client needs for credit, deposits, and cash management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Intent to return to school following the completion of your work term.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
