About the role#
The Commercial Banking Summer Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time experience based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. This program provides interns with exposure to the bank's operations while strengthening core skills needed for a career in finance. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work directly with a Line of Business to support their goals and initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support your assigned Line of Business in developing and executing work projects.
- Lead, analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the lifecycle of an initiative.
- Align project requirements with broader business needs and strategies.
- Participate in community service projects.
- Engage in professional development training and networking opportunities with peers and senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary degree program focusing on Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
