About the role#
This is a go-to-market internship on a two-sided marketplace. You will work on both sides of the business by helping companies hire and helping candidates find roles. You will work directly with the founders and the operating team. This role involves research-led work where you identify targets, understand their timing, write outreach, and analyze the results. You will work on live problems rather than practice projects.
What you'll do#
- Research target companies and candidates to create prioritized, specific outreach.
- Write and send outbound messages across email and other channels.
- Iterate on your messaging based on the replies you receive.
- Source candidates and support hiring companies.
- Track outreach performance, report findings, and propose new tests.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and records to inform business decisions.
What you'll need#
- Strong written communication skills.
- Interest in startups, recruiting, sales, marketplaces, or B2B software.
- Comfort with research and turning findings into action.
- Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented while managing several small projects.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to test, measure, and iterate.
- Ability to work in a self-directed way within a remote startup environment.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Communications.

- This is a remote role based in the United States.
- The position is paid at $20 to $35 per hour.
- This is a full-time internship with a rolling term.
