About the role#
This is a strategy and operations internship focused on the internal machinery of our business. You will work on recurring workflows, reporting, and the operating cadence that help our team manage volume. You will take cross-functional problems across recruiting, product, and go-to-market, break them down, and build processes to solve them. You will work directly with the founders on open decisions.
What you'll do#
- Structure ambiguous cross-functional problems and drive them to a decision.
- Build and improve the internal processes and workflows the team uses every day.
- Analyze operational data to identify where throughput is lost and propose fixes.
- Build simple models and reports to support planning and prioritization.
- Document how things work so that processes survive handoffs.
What you'll need#
- Strong analytical and structured thinking.
- Comfort working on ambiguous problems with limited direction.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable work habits.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and learning new tools quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Operations Management, or Data Science.
Location & details#
- This role is fully remote within the United States.
- The position is paid at $20 to $35 per hour.
- This is a full-time internship with a rolling start date.
