About the role#
This internship sits between data and decision-making. We generate signal across outbound, inbound, content, and product usage, but much of it goes unread. Your job is to find patterns, explain what they mean in plain language, and help the team act on them. You will work closely with the growth function, meaning you will often tackle open questions rather than assigned tasks. Expect to spend significant time in spreadsheets and document your findings so they remain useful over time.
What you'll do#
- Pull, clean, and analyze data across marketing, outbound, and product usage.
- Identify patterns and anomalies, then explain the causes in plain language.
- Build and maintain simple reporting that the team actually uses.
- Define and document metrics so numbers remain consistent week to week.
- Turn findings into concrete recommendations and help implement the ones the team selects.
What you'll need#
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to spot patterns in data.
- Clear written communication, including the ability to explain insights to non-analysts.
- Interest in marketing, growth, analytics, startups, recruiting, or AI products.
- Ability to stay organized while working across several projects.
- Self-directed approach to working in a remote environment.
