About the role#
This 26-week co-op position supports the global Corporate and External Affairs team. You will work with the Operational Excellence and Content Management team to assist in daily digital operations. This role involves managing tools and channels used for both internal and external communication. This program is open to Drexel University students only.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the success of global communications campaigns and activities.
- Manage digital tools and processes including employee mobile news apps, social media management software, and website publishing tools.
- Create graphics, motion graphics, and video content to increase engagement on social media.
- Use analytics to refine and improve digital communication efforts.
- Apply brand standards to all digital assets you create.
- Liaise with stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year university degree program in Digital Graphics, Social Media, or a related Digital Communications field.
- Practical experience using advanced digital content tools for marketing or communications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tools.
- Flexibility regarding assignments and work schedules.
