About the role#
As an Operations Intern, you will work directly with management to support continuous improvement efforts at one of our warehouse facilities. This role provides hands-on experience in logistics strategy and operational management under the mentorship of senior leaders. You will gain insight into the daily responsibilities of an operations supervisor while working on projects that minimize errors and improve performance metrics.
What you'll do#
- Identify, analyze, and implement new operational processes.
- Create and execute labor standards to improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement training protocols.
- Review inventory accuracy.
- Manage diverse improvement projects within the operational framework.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited 4-year bachelor degree program.
- Junior academic standing.
- Majors in Business Administration, Logistics, or Operations Management.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, from June to August 2027.
