Operations Working Student (US AI Recruiting Marketplace)

About the role#

As an Operations Working Student, you will work at the intersection of AI and recruiting. You will collaborate directly with the founding team to assist in placing talent at startup companies. This role focuses on active candidate engagement and process development rather than traditional HR tasks, allowing you to observe how AI technology impacts the recruiting industry.

What you'll do#

• Source and engage talent for startup clients.
• Guide candidates through the recruiting process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases.
• Improve internal recruiting processes and tools.
• Conduct research on talent markets and target groups.
• Work closely with the founding team to refine operational workflows.

What you'll need#

• Interest in recruiting, HR-tech, and startups.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Availability of at least 15-20 hours per week.
• Initial experience in recruiting, HR, or a startup environment is a plus.
