About the role#
As an Operations Working Student, you will work directly with the founding team at the intersection of AI and recruiting. This role involves building talent pipelines and refining the processes that allow our AI agent to source candidates for startup clients. You will gain hands-on experience in how AI is transforming the recruiting industry while contributing to the growth of our platform.
What you'll do#
- Source and engage talent for our startup clients.
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases.
- Improve internal recruiting processes and tools.
- Conduct research on talent markets and target groups.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on operational workflows.
What you'll need#
- Interest in recruiting, HR-tech, or the startup ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Availability of at least 15 to 20 hours per week.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Data Science.
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or a startup environment is considered a plus.
