About the role#
As an Operations Working Student, you will work at the intersection of AI and recruiting. You will join our team to help build the technology that changes how companies hire. You will work directly with the founding team to source talent and manage recruiting processes for our startup clients.
What you'll do#
- Source and engage talent for our startup clients.
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases.
- Improve our internal recruiting tools and workflows.
- Conduct research on talent markets and target groups.
What you'll need#
- Fluency in German and English.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Interest in recruiting, HR-Tech, and startups.
- Availability of at least 15 to 20 hours per week.
- Initial experience in recruiting, HR, or a startup environment is a plus.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Data Science.
