About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you will serve as an ambassador for the bank. This role focuses on your ability to solve problems and provide client-focused sales support. You will assist clients with everyday banking needs and collaborate with internal partners to help clients reach their financial goals. This position is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Proactively engage with clients to uncover banking needs and provide advice.
- Identify sales and referral opportunities during client interactions.
- Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions.
- Demonstrate how to use digital banking tools and onboard new clients.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners to support business goals.
What you'll need#
- Success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving and people skills.
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Ability to work all business hours.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
