About the role#
The Digital Technology Center Internship is a semester-long opportunity for students to contribute to technical and strategic projects within the financial services industry. Interns will work on cross-functional teams to develop both technical and business skills while gaining exposure to the scale of digital transactions and financial technology.
What you'll do#
- Influence and collaborate with team members to create new skills and actions.
- Participate in Agile scrums with cross-functional teams.
- Engage in the full Agile sprint lifecycle, including planning, daily standups, backlog grooming sessions, and reviews.
- Attend various team meetings as required.
- Execute special projects and other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Cybersecurity.
- Relevant technical or development experience.
- Ability to attend and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- US work authorization at the time of application (sponsorship is not provided).

- Term: Fall 2026.
- Location: Stamford Hub, Connecticut.
- Modality: On-site at the Stamford campus.
- Schedule: 5 to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
