BLP Intern – Risk

About the role#

The Business Leadership Program (BLP) Internship is a 10-week paid summer assignment designed to provide hands-on experience in Risk Management. Interns work directly with functional experts to gain exposure to various risk areas, including credit, operational, model, compliance, and strategic risk. You will contribute to meaningful project work, participate in an immersive orientation, and engage in a summer series designed to facilitate networking with business leaders.

What you'll do#

• Provide independent assessments of company risks by establishing and monitoring risk limits.
• Identify, measure, and control risks to ensure business activities operate within established parameters.
• Challenge teams on their actions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of risk.
• Collaborate with experts across multiple risk functions.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week for 10 consecutive weeks between June and August 2026.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within collaborative teams.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
