About the role#
The Business Leadership Program (BLP) Internship is a 10-week paid summer assignment designed to provide students with hands-on experience in Sales and Relationship Management. Interns work alongside industry experts on projects that drive business innovation. The program includes an immersive orientation, networking opportunities with company leaders, and ongoing mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Partner with a Sales Leader to provide reporting and analytical support for sales strategy execution.
- Focus on key initiatives between the client and the business to support customer retention, compliance, and communication.
- Collaborate with platform business development teams to assist with new deals and sales presentations for prospective clients.
- Create and foster key client relationships by building sustainable sales goals.
- Gain hands-on experience in areas including risk, client development, and field sales.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
- Availability for 10 consecutive weeks from June to August 2026.
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within collaborative teams.
