BLP Intern – Sales

About the role#

The Business Leadership Program (BLP) Internship is a 10-week paid summer assignment designed for students pursuing a career in Sales and Relationship Management. Interns work alongside industry experts to gain hands-on experience in sales, risk, client development, and business development. The program includes an immersive orientation, an intern summer series for networking with business leaders, and ongoing mentorship.

What you'll do#

• Partner with a Sales Leader to provide reporting and analytical support critical to executing sales strategies.
• Focus on key initiatives between the client and the business to support customer retention, compliance, and communication.
• Partner with platform business development teams to support new deals and assist with sales presentations for prospective clients.
• Create and foster key client relationships by building sustainable sales goals.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week for 10 consecutive weeks (June – August 2026).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, flexibility, and a passion for learning.
• Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams.
