About the role#
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for an 8-month term starting in January 2027. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, allowing you to learn how we hire and support our team. You will work closely with TA Partners to manage candidate pipelines and contribute to our hiring goals.
What you'll do#
- Screen candidates for open roles using our applicant tracking system, Lever.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
- Support TA Partners with scheduling, pipeline management, and candidate follow-ups.
- Draft job descriptions, post new roles, and update our careers page.
- Assist with recruiting reports, documentation, and metrics.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus outreach.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team.
- Help coordinate and support our intern hiring initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in talent acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfort using LinkedIn and Google Workspace.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks in an environment that changes quickly.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Candidates must be based in Canada and maintain a 6-hour overlap with Eastern Time.
- Term: January 4, 2027, to August 27, 2027.
- This position is paid, with a compensation range of CA$20.25 to CA$31.75 per hour.
