About the role#
We are looking for a Vertical Operations Intern to join our Operations team for the Winter 2027 term. You will apply your academic knowledge to support our team in tackling operational challenges across the organization. Our Vertical Operations team manages end to end results for each business vertical, from setting policy to verifying performance. We define service requirements and establish service level agreements while focusing on service quality and cost reduction.
What you'll do#
- Ideate, pilot, test, and roll out new internal and external processes.
- Make recommendations to improve customer support by identifying opportunities within Customer Experience teams.
- Dig into data anomalies and outliers.
- Drive operational excellence across all teams as we scale.
- Support leaders with reporting, presentations, and the documentation of processes and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a college or university program in Business, Commerce, or a similar field.
- A customer-centric mindset and an understanding of customer lifecycle management.
- Experience working in a fast-moving environment where you juggled multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and task prioritization.
- A rigorous approach to research, including double-checking work and numbers.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a bias for action.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4 to April 30).
- Work Modality: Remote (candidates must be based in Canada).
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) with a minimum 6-hour overlap with Eastern Time.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
