About the role#
This internship offers exposure to the financial services industry through a 10-week summer program. You will receive structured training, ongoing learning, and mentorship as you work on projects that contribute to our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kansas City, Missouri.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with various teams, including Investment Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax, Trade Ops, and Business Process Reengineering.
- Execute daily and periodic operational processes to gain practical experience.
- Develop an understanding of risk and control frameworks within the organization.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions using low-code development tools.
- Contribute to key projects and strategic initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate rising senior in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong interest in the finance industry and a desire to learn about capital markets, investment vehicles, and operations.
- Clear, concise, and detail-oriented communication skills.
- A self-motivated approach to work.
