About the role#
The Operations Rotational Internship provides college students with broad exposure to operational career paths through hands-on experience. You will rotate through Portfolio Management, Account Support, Sales Support, and Documentation teams to understand how these functions support the customer and transaction lifecycle. This role is designed for students who want to see how different teams work together to drive operational results.
What you'll do#
- Participate in onboarding, training, job shadowing, and team meetings.
- Complete functional rotations to learn about portfolio monitoring, risk concepts, business analysis, and relationship management.
- Assist with customer communication, transaction support, and program execution.
- Gain exposure to contract accuracy, compliance, and funding preparation.
- Collaborate with fellow interns on a capstone project focused on improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Interview stakeholders, analyze processes, and present recommendations to leadership.
- Shadow team members across multiple departments to understand the end-to-end business.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, communications, supply chain, or operations. Juniors are preferred.
- Interest in business operations, customer service, finance, leasing, process improvement, or relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing assignments and priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to build relationships across teams.
- Accountability and a commitment to quality work.
- Prior customer service, office, administrative, or project experience is helpful but not required.
