About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers exposure to corporate operations within the financial services industry. You will join the Business Strategy and Operations pathway, gaining hands-on experience by working with professionals across the organization. The program includes learning and development activities, plus social and networking opportunities to connect with peers and senior leaders.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen operations, and support strategic decision-making.
- Support pilots and new initiatives designed to improve operations and customer experience.
- Document and refine business processes to create more efficient workflows.
- Analyze data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop presentations and reports that communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment at an accredited 4-year university or college, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2030.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau or other reporting platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Coursework or interest in business, operations, management, or related fields.
- Prior internship experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- Locations: New York, NY; White Plains, NY; or Jersey City, NJ.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027, to August 5, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid (3 days per week in office).
- Compensation: $27 per hour.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
