About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer of 2027 within the Trust Wealth division. You will work on-site in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, to support the administration and operations team. The program provides hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership through project work and networking.
What you'll do#
- Support the administration and operations area of the Trust Wealth division.
- Manage tasks such as Orion reporting, delegated investment advisor due diligence, and annual stock retention and compliance reporting.
- Assist with various operational projects.
- Build connections through mentorship and engagement with leaders across the organization.
- Present research and project findings to senior leaders.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social events.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation for on-site work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: On-site, up to 5 days per week.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) from early June through mid-August 2027.
- Requirements: Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews and an in-person orientation.
