About the role#
This is a 10-week, full-time paid internship for the Summer of 2027. You will work with the Investment Research team at Bryn Mawr Trust. The program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership through project work and networking events.
What you'll do#
- Support Investment Research teams across disciplines like Fixed Income, Equity Research, Asset Allocation, and Investment Operations.
- Gather data and maintain documentation for research projects.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and prepare presentation materials.
- Present on research, projects, or operational activities to senior leaders.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social events.
What you'll need#
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundamental computer skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the office.
Location & details#
- Location: Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
- Modality: On-site, up to 5 days per week.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) from early June through mid-August 2027.
- Requirements: Must be available for in-person orientation and interviews. You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
