About the role#
The Bryn Mawr Trust Advisory Internship is a full-time summer program for college students interested in financial services. You will work alongside professionals to gain experience in wealth management, including investment management, trust services, and estate planning. This is a paid position that runs from early June through mid-August.
What you'll do#
- Support Wealth Advisors and Investment Advisors with daily operations.
- Prepare for client meetings and document meeting outcomes.
- Conduct research and analyze data to assist with financial planning.
- Support internal committees and contribute to special projects.
- Handle administrative communications and reporting tasks.
What you'll need#
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundamental computer skills.
- Strong oral and written communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the office.
- Availability for in-person and virtual interviews and an in-person orientation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Locations: Wilmington, Delaware and Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: On-site, up to 5 days per week.
- Term: Summer 2027 (40 hours per week).
