About the role#
Bryn Mawr Trust offers a paid Wealth Management Summer Internship for college students. This program provides hands-on experience in financial services through project work, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership. Interns work full-time for the duration of the summer 2027 program.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of personalized financial strategies for clients.
- Collaborate with Advisors to prepare for client meetings.
- Conduct research and data analysis to assist in decision-making.
- Support special projects that improve wealth management services and operations.
- Present findings from your research or project work to senior leaders.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and networking events.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- You possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- You have critical thinking, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You can work independently and as part of a team.
- You have reliable transportation.
- You are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Locations: Berwyn, Pennsylvania and Princeton, New Jersey.
- Modality: This is an on-site position requiring up to 5 days per week at the office.
- Requirements: You must be available for in-person and virtual interviews, as well as an in-person orientation with Human Resources.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) from early June through mid-August 2027.
