About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in fraud operations within the Strategic Operations team. You will learn how the business functions while directly impacting the customer experience. This role is suited for a student with foundational business knowledge and an interest in fraud mitigation.
What you'll do#
- Review customer accounts to compile evidence for customer disputes.
- Analyze data to gather insights on customer behavior.
- Monitor fraud dashboards to support proactive mitigation efforts.
- Participate in special projects related to fraud and chargebacks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for Business Administration or Finance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for people, processes, and systems.
- 1-2 years of work experience and data analysis experience are preferred.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4 to April 30).
- Modality: Remote (must maintain a 6-hour overlap with Eastern Time).
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid position.
