About the role#
The Business Operations Internship provides rising juniors and seniors with experience in a professional environment. You will join a collaborative team to support operational initiatives and business projects. This role focuses on building practical skills in analysis, communication, and problem-solving while contributing to team goals.
What you'll do#
- Support business projects and operational initiatives.
- Conduct research and analyze information to develop practical recommendations.
- Create reports, presentations, process documentation, and other project deliverables.
- Participate in meetings and contribute your own ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners.
- Manage your assigned priorities and communicate your progress.
- Present a capstone project at the end of the internship to share outcomes and key learnings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university, with an anticipated graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
- Current authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Leadership experience gained through academics, student organizations, volunteer service, athletics, military service, or employment.
- Experience with research, information analysis, problem-solving, or presenting recommendations.
- Interest in areas such as business operations, project management, analytics, process improvement, or customer experience.
- Ability to manage priorities, work with others, and complete assignments on time.
