About the role#
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our People Operations team. This role offers the chance to support our recruiting efforts and gain hands-on experience in a startup environment. You will work closely with our team to refine our processes and improve the candidate experience.
What you'll do#
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System.
- Schedule and perform phone screens with candidates.
- Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy.
- Assist in building an event calendar for career fairs, campus visits, and networking meetups.
- Support the team with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Background or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, or Organizational Development.
- Experience using Claude or similar large language model tools to enhance productivity.
- Interest in working at a startup.
- A self-motivated and determined approach to your work.
- Ability to earn trust, respectfully challenge decisions, and focus on delivering results.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, remote position based in Colombia.
- The role is a paid internship with a monthly salary of $2.800.000 COP.
- Terms are rolling.
