About the role#
We are looking for a Product Intern to join our Payments & Fees team. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and business. You will work with payment processors and cross-functional partners to understand how financial systems function. You will support the product manager in a high-throughput environment, helping with backlog organization, data analysis, and team collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Draft, organize, and track tickets for service improvements.
- Keep the backlog organized and moving.
- Gather background context and summarize information for stakeholder meetings.
- Answer routine internal questions by pulling information from available resources.
- Query payment data using SQL.
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards that track payment performance.
- Flag anomalies in payment flows and assemble data for reviews.
- Maintain internal documentation for payment flows, fee structures, and operational processes.
- Participate in agile meetings and collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and support teams.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in payments, fintech, and how complex financial systems work.
- A logical mindset and natural curiosity.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working with data and a willingness to learn SQL.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools.

- This is a remote, full-time, paid internship.
- The term is rolling.
